The stained glass lamp mystery.
This lamp came with the house and is very heavy. I posted in Collectors Weekly to see if I could get help with identification. Here is the link:

Here are some pictures also:
WHAT DO YOU THINK? Tiffany or no?
...I think we're alone now.

Carbon monoxide detector wake up. Yikes.
So owning an old home is not all silk flowers and wood floors. Our carbon monoxide detector went off at 4 this morning. We turned off the furnace and aired out the house.
On the morning of closing, the furnace did not work. Since then, it has worked off and on. BOTTOM LINE, IT NEEDS REPLACED. NOW.
Luckily, we have found a great heating and ac guy in Chester and he is going to do the work.
On a positive note, I start my second day at Citi today. My commute was 25 minutes door to seat, so I will take it.
Have a great day and thank goodness for CO2 DETECTORS!

2 weeks before closing: Major Change
I will never regret my change.
Five years ago, I walked away from a great job. I had had enough. I met my now husband. I left a horrible marriage. I was a reluctant caregiver. I was miserable.
Before this time, I was a shell. A façade.
Today, I take more risks than most. I realize that I am blessed. While I am well, I push forward. House. Jobs.
I am now on my third company in five years. Before that, I worked for the same company for 22 years.
I am now a Senior Vice President at Citi. From hot mess to this...
I am riding the wave of mental wellness.
I am happy.
